Rain or Inclement Weather Policy The customer is permitted to cancel due to poor weather conditions. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of rental start time and up to 3 hours prior to start time. If you fail to cancel, you will lose your security deposit. Our rides and staff will operate in all weather.
